Interpretation

Six Yao (Lines) with Classical Quotes

English: Fellowship at the gate — no blame. Opening yourself to connection with those who approach brings no harm. An open and welcoming attitude invites positive relationships.

Luck Level: Neutral

English: Fellowship only within the clan, regret. Limiting your circle to one's own group creates exclusiveness and invites conflict with those outside.

Luck Level: Caution

English: Soldiers hidden in the thicket, ascending the high mound — for three years they cannot rise. Secret hostility and suspicion prevent progress for a long time.

Luck Level: Caution

English: Mounting the city wall, but unable to attack — good fortune. Realizing that the attack cannot succeed and withdrawing is wise. Restraint here leads to a better outcome.

Luck Level: Good

English: In fellowship, first weeping and wailing, then laughing. After great effort, the armies meet. After long separation and struggle, reunion and harmony are achieved.

Luck Level: Good

English: Fellowship in the open country — no regret. Broad and open fellowship, beyond any specific group or agenda, brings no cause for regret.

Luck Level: Neutral
