Interpretation

Six Yao (Lines) with Classical Quotes

English: Returning before going too far — no need for repentance. Great good fortune. A quick course correction, before straying far from the right path, is the finest outcome.

Luck Level: Excellent

2nd Yao (二爻)

English: Returning through rest and inner calm — good fortune. Returning to one's center in the company of those of good character.

Luck Level: Good

English: Repeated returning — dangerous but no blame. One who keeps losing the path yet keeps returning to it is not blamed, though the pattern needs attention.

Luck Level: Caution

English: Walking the middle way, returning alone. The person who keeps to the mean, even when others stray, returns in solitude but in correctness.

Luck Level: Neutral

English: Generous and sincere return — no regret. Coming back to what is right with full heart and genuine intention.

Luck Level: Neutral

English: Confused and losing the way of return — misfortune, disaster and ruin. If armies are sent out, a great defeat follows; the ruler of that state meets misfortune and is unable to recover for ten years. Completely losing one's way leads to catastrophe.

Luck Level: Misfortune
